How to make Snow Queen Lashes by Karla Powell
1. Paint cheap lashes in a white base. I used Kryolan Shimmering Event Foundation in ‘Pearl’
2. Using Syntho SS011 CrownbrushBrush apply a loose powder base evenly to add a shine and set the base of the lashes with Kryolan in Living Color Pigment in ‘Rosé Quartz’.
3. Using Sprit gum loosely as a sticky base, gently layer over the lashes and add Lime Crime Zodiac Glitter ‘Virgo’ to the tips of the lashes (this acts as a snow effect) Finish off with sprinkle of Kryolan Polyester Glimmer in ‘Pearl Lilac’.
4. Finally with more spirit gum applied in random areas of the lashes , sprinkle Nail Art Beads & Large glitter pieces (both from an art shop!) over the lashes!
Hope you are inspired! Please tag me f you try and re create them.

Hand Made Snow Queen of Sweets False Lashes!
Spending this last week getting prepared for my Snow Queen of Sweets Make-up look I am demonstrating at IMATS Sunday on the Crownbrush stand. Loved getting creative and make these lashes using Large Glitter, Nail Beads and Fine Glitter dust from Kryolan!
You should give it a go and get creative with making your own lashes!

Love them that much I couldn’t resist! Had to get two more shades of Daniel Sandler’s Watercolour blush !! I can’t even explain how amazing they are! Love shade ‘Icing’ for a subtle pink highlighter to mix into my foundation or to apply on prominent areas of the face to create a dewy natural glow. And ‘Flush’ for a Baby Pink doll flush look to the cheeks!
Check out my blog post review on the watercolor blushers I did >here<

‘Broken Glass Lip Art’
Playing with Lip Art designs tonight on myself using Illamasqua Precision Gel Eyeliner & The Neat Kit Lipstick palette.
I was inspired by glass when its broken. From the sharp edges of glass, to the reflection of glass and to the colours of glass sometimes when it reflects in the sunlight. Shame I haven’t got an amazing macro lens. I would of loved to of photographed this look to show if the design in more detail.
Hope you are inspired!
