My Latest Photo-shoot Inspired by Pastels! Find out what products I used to create this look…
Teaming up with the very talented Ryan Handy and Annabelle’s wigs we created this amazing shot inspired by the colours ‘Pastels’ which are perfect colours for this Spring Summer trends. Pastel makeup colours are both subtle and lovely. Pastels make me think of everything girlie, vintage, and spring time. I wanted the make-up in this shoot to be both natural and gorgeous. With glowing pink cheeks and subtle two toned pink lips, I can certainly see the pastel makeup look going strong for some time!
Products I used:
Base:
• Airbase foundation mixed with MAC Lustre Drops in ‘Pink Rebel’
• MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in ‘Blonde’ & ‘Soft and gentle’ to highlight and set the skin
• Famous Baked Bronzer- adding highlighting to the cheeks
• MUA Powder Blusher in Shade 1- Bright pink blusher
To get contoured bright eyes I used eye shadow colours from the following palettes:
• MUA Immaculate Collection eye shadow palette
• MUA Poptastic eye shadow palette
• MUA Shade 1 Pearl single eye shadow
• MUA Powder Blusher in Shade 1
• To create deep purple eyebrows- Ben Nye eye shadow in Shade Plum
• Shu Uemura Gel eyeliner
• VIVO Eyelashes in style’s- Natural Night & Natural Lash
• Look Beauty Mascara in Stretch Factor
Lips:
• Highlight the outline of the lips in MUA’s Shade 1 pearl eye shadow
• Adding a touch into the centre of the models lips I mixed Grimas Cream body paint (baby pink) mixed with the Airbase foundation to create a subtle baby pink shade.
- I finally topped the centre of the lips with OCC lip tars in Shade Divine
